Agnieszka Ewa Braun - Visual Artist 

Polish artist, born in 18.12.1990. Since 2014 was joined to ZPAP (Association of Polish Visual Artists).

She is an author of media art, paintings, 3d sculptres and graphics.

My artistic activities generally transgressing beyond the traditional formal means. Technology plays a curcial role in my approach.

I am experimenting especially in the area of video, creating multimedia and spatial objects. I am looking for unconventional solutions for my projection screens and forms of a creating the objects.

​

Often try to define my own identity in a broader context of human being. For this purpose, consciously treat own bodies as a special kind of plastic material and uniform for feeling reality. Mostly I move problem of time, in the context of human morality and the process of transformation of women's spiritual and corporal. 

 

I am also interested in blurring the boundaries between the real and virtual world, fantasy and flashback. Fluency of the concept of memory, dreams and following the unsurpassed ideal of immorality.

Education 

2009 – 2017

The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, Faculty of Graphic Arts and Media Art. 

 

In 2014, she defended a Master's of art degree with honors ("The shapes of the time" - first in Poland multimedia installation using the innovation printing 3D technology) in Multimedia Design Studio the prof. Stanisław Sasak.

 

  • The Best Master's Diploma in 2014 of Department of Media Art at Academy of Fine Art and Design in Wroclaw.

 

In 2012, she defended a bachelor's degree in Media Art in Multimedia Design Studio the prof. Stanisław Sasak and in Studio of Multimedia Space Creation the prof. Ryszard Jędroś.

 

  • The Diploma Installation "Frame of reference" create ​​in Multimedia Design Studio has been selected by the Department of Graphic Design and Media Art Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw as The Best Bachelor's Diploma in 2012 the Department of Media Art and ArtNoble nominated for the Festival of Stars in Żyrardow.

 

In 2017, finished Postgraduate Study of Painting (excellence degree) at The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław.
